MEET INFORMATION
| STARTING TIMES: Please Note Schedule Change |
Men: 8,000 meters, 5:00 PM Women: 5,000 meters, 5:30 PM |
| COURSE: | Gravel, grass, and some pavement. Racing flats recommended. |
| ENTRY INFO : | $100 per team. If you have a team of less than 10 – then it’s just $10 per individual. Free for ASU Students/Alumni. $10.00 for Non-collegiate open entries. All entries must be made online at http://www.wingfootfinish.com/ |
| WARM-UP: | The course will be ready for inspection by 2:30 PM. The park is open to the public on Thursday and will be clearly marked Friday by 9:00 AM. |
| STARTS: | Starting box assignments are in the meet packet. Please report to your assigned box 15 minutes prior to start. |
| NUMBERS: | Pin numbers to the front of singlet. Do not pin bottom section of the number. Please do not fold number. |
| SCORING: | Coaches, please collect finish cards. Fill out the quick score envelope and return it to the scoring table ASAP. |
| RESULTS: | Final team scores and results will be printed out for all coaches. Results also will be available at www.thesundevils.com about one (1) hour after the final race is completed. If an electronic version of results is needed, please email Alex Ryan (alex.ryan@asu.edu) in the ASU Media Relations office. |
| AWARDS: | The top 10 individuals in each of the men and women’s scored races will receive a T-Shirt. Due to lack of daylight there is no awards ceremony. |
| RESTROOMS: | If any team needs shower facilities after the meet please make arrangements with Coach Quintana in advance at 480-965-2406. |
| DIRECTIONS: | Kiwanis Park is located in Tempe, approximately six (6) miles from the ASU
campus. From campus, take Mill Avenue south for approximately six (6) miles and turn right on to Baseline Road. Turn left into the park. The start line is located at the entrance on Baseline Road while the finish line is down by the lake (follow the path to the right of the lake to reach the finish line). Parking is available throughout the park. |
